The previous state visit from India (747SP) was also parked at EBMB - no damage to the Zaventem terminal at that time... Then again, pictures of the damage are all over the www, there's no reason to think this person hasn't seen them, if only in preparation of the trip.

My memory is not my strongest feature, but in this case I am quite certain. I must have posted about it, here, unaware of the state visit but having seen the beauty parked at EBMB. The explanation didn't take long to arrive, as usual here! If I could remember when it was I could look it up, perhaps. One or two years ago, I should think, but that may be wildly off.
