KAL B777f at BRU, when?

Does the KAL B777f visit BRU on regularly scheduled days, or only when they don't need the 744f capacity?
If the days are fixed, I must have "just missed" it quite a few times...

I do know that they will use the 777F from the summer replacing the 744F, but sorry i don't know the date...
