RWY25L is now in use for landings but I guess that it will land on RWY25R, like a great portion of bizjets

I can ( if I am not misinformed, but flights can have a delay like the E4....) The second USAF you want to know is a Gulfstream C-20H 90-0300.

Or maybe it was the C-17 he heard as the Grumman had been in from late afternoon.

Serial of the C-17 is 04-4137. Not its first visit to Brussels as I first saw it in Jan 2007.
