Not really a downgrade. If I remember well ET starts flying BRU trough MXP as from 16 June with a B752, but upgrading from 5 to 6 weekly. 5 weekly ADD-MXP-BRU with a B752 and 1 weekly ADD-CDG-BRU with a B767. (not really sure about the frequencies, but I know they start flying trough MXP as from 16 June and that these flights will be with a B752)

So its more a permanent downgrade as from 16 June actually.

ET704 is ADD-CDG-BRU..

It was on airlineroute.net:

Ethiopian Airlines from 15JUN11 is launching 5 weekly Boeing 757 service on Addis Ababa – Milan Malpensa route, which will extends to Brussels. With the service launch, existing Brussels service operating via Paris CDG reduces to 1 weekly.

Overall service to Brussels increases to 6 weekly. Also from 15JUN11, Paris CDG service increases from 5 to 6 weekly.

Changes from 15JUN11 below:

Addis Ababa – Milan Malpensa – Brussels
ET708 ADD2300 – 0510+1MXP0610+1 – 0755+1BRU 757 x57
ET709 BRU2015 – 2200+1MXP2300+1 – 0640+1ADD 757 x16

Addis Ababa – Paris CDG
ET704 ADD2345 – 0630CDG+1 767 x27
ET705 CDG2205 – 0620+1ADD 767 x13

ET704/705 Day 6/7 operates with 757

Addis Ababa – Paris CDG – Brussels
ET704 ADD2345 – 0630+1CDG0740+1 – 0835+1BRU 767 7
ET705 BRU1940 – 2105CDG2205 – 0620+1ADD 767 1

@Andorra-airport, None of these flights to Malpensa/Brussels did operate this week, Nothing about this on the BRU website or the ADD one.
