Not really about BRU but not really worth a separate thread, I think:
Today 9 dec. at 12:00 local, I spotted a twin rotor helicopter north of Brussels, perhaps even slightly north of Grimbergen airfield, flying more or less west to east at perhaps 1000 feet, certainly higher than chopper's normal 500ft. Now a twin rotor has become very rare to me, what could it have been? US military, likely? What could have brought it here?

Could be US Army Chinooks but just as likely to be KLu versions. If you check out SBS listings for Belgium they may well show up
