EBGB 28/08/2008: BLIMP!

Watching the webcam at http://www.rvg.be, I was surprised to see quite a lot of spectators at the usually quiet aerodrome. A little websearch found me http://www.grimbergs.net/index.php?opti ... xcomment35 : a blimp is expected! I cannot go there myself, anyone for the reg?

Several sources state that it should be D-LZNT, coming in from the UK. But I cannot confirm it myself either...

What happened:

1. Stop at Grimbergen cancelled and ship flown to Netherlands
2. Arrival postponed till to-morrow
3. Ship arrived after office hours

I confirm D-LZNT, arrived above Grimergen 14:15, landing just after 3PM and left again for a tour around Brussels.

I heard about an ETD around 10am, but this was not confirmed. It will leave direction Antwerp, Oosterschelde via Rotterdam to Valkenburg

Took off exactly on schedule, two minutes after my arrival owing to road construction on Humbeek Kaai.

From South of Zeekanaal, airport is accessible thru Verbrande Brug
