which airplane?

Hi all,
We don't have a topic for unknown aircrafts, so maybe here?
I've seen an aircraft and i'm wondering which one it is.
Taken on 20070922 14u57 in Louvin. Too bad the image is just too unclear (for me) to see the registration.
Maybe someone of you know it?
