From what location are you shooting ( 8) ) and with what kind of camera ?
I went spotting a few times already but apart from a few nice shots I don't get many "nice" pictures like yourself :-)

I'm shooting with a Canon EOS 300D. Except for the Hewa Bora B762,
my pictures were made from Spot 1 in my BRU Spotting Guide :

Hi there,

For the Martinair and the Etihad, I used my Canon EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 USM II ;

For the other pictures, I used my Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM .

I tought it would be something like that.
My Lumix FZ7 is not match for that, tho sometimes it produces great pics as well :-)
