The China Eastern was indeed a nice surprise. Too bad I missed it. I saw it taking off from my window but then it was too late off course. I went the to 25R in the afternoon and saw the following planes:

- Belgian Air Force CH-03
- Lufthansz D-ABIM
- Vueling EC-JDO
- BA G-EUPK
- SkyEurope OM-NGC (without sun)
- BruAir OO-VEK

pic's were too bad to post

Greetz,

Rutger

very nice pix indeed!

But I have a small request... do you happen to have a picture from the takeoff off flight SN2337 to Helsinki? I was on this plane with 7 of my colleagues for training courses at Nokia :D We left at 15:10 normally.. Would be really nice if I could see a picture of this.

Thanks in advance

N279WA was operating for DHL and arrived during nighttime. Planes operating for DHL are more and more often parked on the 3xx-stands close to the satellite (where the old C-finger used to be) when there isn't enough space on apron 60 and the stands next to the A-Terminal (the DHL DC-8 of some days ago was also parked over there, and I saw GCO MD11's and the TUP Tu-204 already there too).

I guess Thomas shot his pics from the new carpark FP3 ?

Regards, Robin Bamps.

thx for the comments :D
pictures where indeed made at the 5th floor of P3  i was my first visit to this "new spot" and i have to say that i like it :D it's much better than i expected :P ofcourse, due to the sun, it's a "afternoon" spot, but if they use 02 - 07R in summer, this promisses to be a very good spot to be :D
i didn'd see the China Eastern arriving ( was there between 13 and 15 hrs )
@ Devon : i left the P3 just after 15hrs : so no pic of you're flight

Congratulations Simon!

By the way: very strange that the tail logo of OO-VEJ consists of 14 individual dots, unlike OO-SSG, OO-VEK, ...

This is the only pic I uploaded of last sunday:

Hello

Ok thx for the info Vonsmal.;)

But is the spot acutually IN the airport building infront of 'Papa 3' (so the D concourse than) , or on the 5th floor of somekind of car park? :D because they have multiple floors too :D

Sorry about the curiousity but even when I might not ever go there , you never know where it's good for ;)

Best regards: Yannick ;)

Hello Vonsmalhausen,

Any chance that you took a picture of PH-KZO, a KL F70 leaving to AMS as KL1726 at 13:35?

Would be nice as I was on this plane...

Thanks in advance!

it is on the 5th floor of the new car-park, called P3, that i took these pics ( 6th floor is not accesible yet)
it is not IN the airport building, but you can easely acces to it from there

Many people still beleive that 13 is an unlucky number. That's why many aircraft are missing a row 13.
