Waking up early on this beautiful day was worth it, temperatures of +25°C and sun all over the place. Quite some spotters were present.

Nice and surprising visitor was an LTU A330, D-ALPG. Came in as "Beauty 006" if I remember well.

I landed (for the first time ever) at 12h00 on the runway 07R. Is there a spotting place in around Brussels airport where you can take good pictures from this kind of landing ?( Despite the well known places.) Planes where taking off from rwy 07L, is it possible to take pictures of the aircrafts when they are taxiing between abelag and the beginning of the runway ?

Olivier, maybe you can try beside the red-white fences on the opposite side of hangar 40 and the other burned one. A ladder is probably required. You'll have to walk through the fields also for that spot I guess...

No idea about taxiing aircrafts to RWY 07L though.

Where you can take good pictures from this kind of landing, is at the football field of KVK Zaventem, I think. It has been lain behind the sport hall in Zaventem. (Quinkenstraat)

I was there too, but at the end of 25R, taking takeoff shots...At around 11h40 or so, all of a sudden I saw aircraft taxiing to 07L, and managed to get a few shots of aircraft taxiing via TWY's R2-R1.

Unfortunately this only lasted for a couple of minutes, all other traffic took TWY Outer2-Outer1 for 07L, including the Tunis Air...what a pitty, seems like a nice livery. Well, I'll see her another time probably...

JA104A was one of the reasons why I paid a visit to BRU, unfortunately I didn't see it (ETA was 10.30 LT), I left at 11.10 LT. Maybe it had some delay, but I found it strange nobody mentioned it yet.
