Strange name, but I don't know how to title it otherwise! Anyway... :D

Did I miss some event or airshow?

Maybe just some traffic between Ursel and Kortrijk/Wevelgem over "Ruislé" ?

May I suggest a battery of FLAK 88 guns? Should take care of that problem

Although, if they are flying low, it may cause damage to you too.

But I guess that's not what you were asking!

I think it is OO-PVI, a Pitts S-2 not a Starduster
The Pipers are from the Vliecglub Ursel

Correct, that's OO-PVI which is flying again since recently after it's accident at Ursel with N141JH. Photos on http://www.jetphotos.net/showphotos.php ... rch=OO-PVI

You wouldn't have any registrations?
The Pitts at Wevelgem are:
N51AF ( http://www.westwings.be/ebkt/fotos/n51af.jpg )
OO-NUE 'Weba' ( http://www.westwings.be/ebkt/fotos/oo-nue.jpg )

I knew I've seen that Pitts before, but now you mention that incident at Ursel:

The stuntplanes from Wevelgem practice sometimes above 'kanaal Kortrijk-Bossuit'. About 1 time they are cool but when you hear almost everyday stunting planes, you will become crazy! :)

Hellow

Whoops

Sorry Bram.
Looks like I was al little distracted when typing my post.

And another thing...

Any idea who is on your picture of the OO-PVI???
I can asure you. the view you had was a lot better to see than from where I was standing.
There is sadly also sometimes a dark period in aviation
