At least it is not a plane owned by the DRC Air Force: the An-72 type is not in the inventory. Like as not is was a plane they chartered. Watch the usual sites and news will come up soon enough. Indeed already appeared at ASN: https://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/229876

NB the plane pictured looks much like a C130, perhaps the closest they could get in the picture archive ...

Copied from Aviation Safety Network:
The aircraft used to be owned by the Armenian airline South Airlines, registered EK-72903. However, EK-72903, is no longer on the Armenian aircraft register and South Airlines does not seem to have an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in Armenia.
Smelly, isn't it?

The Aircraft went missing on a flight from Goma to Kinshasa on Thursday afternoon. Rumours are that the aircraft has been found near Kasese (prov. Maniema). Rumours are 8 fatalities: 4 crew and 4 passengers, one of them the chauffeur from president Thsisekedi. Cargo load: the armoured presidential Merc 4x4 (7 tons?) that was used for a visit in the Goma region.
