Nice aircraft, why did they operate into a civilian airport?

I wish overhere the same would happen more often, because military airports are less accessible then civilian ones (although one could have a nice spotting day at for example Twenthe AB).

Has anyone the number and types of a/c's operated by the Taiwanese AF?

When I was at Charleroi Airport in June (waiting for a Ryanair aircraft to take me to Dublin), I saw (and heard!) a military jet take off. My guess is it was an F-16. Now I'm not an expert on Charleroi airport (or any airport for that matter), but I take it military aircraft there use the same runway as civilian aircraft?

About those Taiwanese aircraft, correct me if I'm wrong, but my guess is

the first one is a Northrop Tiger
the second one is a Dassault Mirage 2000-5 and
the third one an F-16.

How many did I get right?
