History of flights database

Hi all,

I'm searching for a long time if there is somewhere a accessible database or website to find tail numbers if you have the flightnumber and date in the past. With 'in the past' I mean maximum 2011.
I'm collecting all the taildata from travels I made but somehow I don't have some travels in 2011, 2012 and 2014.

Let's give it a try. I tried to create a table with the codetags. The ?'s are the tails I'm looking for. I have pictures of the planes but unfortunaly the tailnumbers aren't readable.
