the wheel well of an A330 is not inspected every flight, not even every day. before at Sabena & SN we did it during weekly inspections. the wheel well of the A330 has 'a nice spot' for stow aways where on the A340 there is the center gear. you can't see if anybody is lying there. So there is nothing abnormal to the fact the guy wasn't discovered before.

Well, they should install stickers in the wheel wells saying 'slow and unpleasant death guaranteed' in a number of languages. Since that is what usually happens.
