First I thought it was a fake movie with a model.
But it is real.
That pilot seems to be quite relaxed afterwards.
Let us hope that this single mishap will not lead to remarks "Made in Brasil" as sometimes said about Chinese products.
Quite strange to see that front part of the cabin come loose, really a vibration problem.

Looks like a ground resonance problem. A famous example of a ground resonance test with a Chinook helicopter can be found on youtube. This is also the reason that helicopter blades have to be balanced out.
