SN fleet

Post by Frederik Peeters »

Hello,

With all the latest changes and expansions in the SN fleet, i'm a bit confused. So is there some one who can make a summary of the total fleet of SN today. And the new a/c that are coming in the next months with their date's of arrival.

I hope someone can help me with this.

One that will not be in there is OO-DJF. It's one of the old BAe146-200's. This aircraft was already being used as a donor for spare parts, but this week maintenance removed the vertical fin and stabilizers. :cry:

Are the other 146's still up for sale (except the AirDC-Korongo ones)?

If I'm correct, it should be like this:

14 x Avro RJ85
12 x Avro RJ100
5 x B737-300 -> One (OO-LTM) is supposed to go to Korongo.
4 x B737-400
6 x A319 -> Four more to come in, in 2011
5 x A330-300
2 x A320 to be added to the fleet in 2011

And they they wetlease a Dash 8 Q400 from Augsburg Airways to operate to some German airport (I believe Hannover or Hamburg?) and two ERJ-145's from BMI baby to fly to Bristol and Newcastle.

Those wetleases will be replaced by SN's own equipment (RJ85?) early next year.

What about the BAe 146-200's they used to have. Do they still own them?
Anyway, any idea when OO-MJE will come out of maintenance? I'm curious! ;)

Brussels Airlines flies to a number of aircraft types or differentiation, depending on the length of the flight, to destinations in Europe, Africa and America. Of course, all our aircraft are equipped with comfortable leather seats and other amenities.

AVRO RJ85 - AVRO RJ100
N Most destinations in Europe are served by an Avro RJ100 Avro RJ85, or airplanes. Brussels Airlines Avro RJ85 aircraft, about 14 HIS available. This type of aircraft has 82 seats. Brussels Airlines Avro RJ100 also has 12 points with 97.
