I have sent them a question through their website, received a mail that my comments have been registred and now, nothing more.....

Is it normal that it takes more than a week?
If it's normal, no problem, then I'll wait, if not, then I'll have to resend my comments....

So you are not a HON Circle member? (the highest frequent flyer status at LH) , they would then respond to you within minutes, if not faster. I guess you have to wait a bit longer. Sorry to say so, but that's how it goes within companies. Priorities. You will get your answer, but you have to wait.

Next time tell them you are a British Airways Premier member (one of the highest status you can get in the world) , and thinking of joining Lufthansa's Miles & More........ that would open doors and speeding up the process

@SN_fan: the strange thing is I sent my message first to the wrong "helpdesk" and got an immediate reply telling me to resend the message to the collegues of another "helpdesk".... strange, but I'll wait....
