Winter season here = hot season in Singapore. Nice destination if people want to escape our cold winters...Flybe wrote:Only one question: Why do they start from the winterseason? Wouldn't it be better to come from the summerseason, so that they can maybe take some advantage of the holidays here?
Furthermore, Singapore is mainly a business destination, for which the winter months are better than the summer months.

Singapore Airlines and Virgin Express have nothing to do with eachother.
I believe that SIA has 49% of the shares of VS.
And still then: a press release hasn't been issued yet, which means that the final decision hasn't been taken yet (everything can change till the publication of the press release).

Any ideas on what aircraft type they will use? Will we see 747 pax once again at BRU or will it be 777's?

What a shame, just have to make do with the freighters then! Maybe one day.
