Visit Brussels Airport

Post by SilverJET »

We (SKYevents) are planning to visit Brussels Airport, SN Technics and maybe Brucargo in a couple of months. We already had first contacts with this companies, and they aknowledged the possibility to visit them with a restricted group of 24 Members.
At this moment, we can't give more details about our event. But when we are able to share it, you all will see it at Luchtzak.be
If there is a huge intrest, we can arrange two visits with two groups.
The price will be around 30 €uros.

That sounds like a great visit, but unfortunately I wouldn't be able to go

And wouldn't this be better in General Aviation and not Latest News?

Interesting initiative.

> The price will be around 30 €uros.

That is the price for the whole group of max. 24?
Or is that a price per person?

30 Euros seems a lot when you can go to Manchester for 100!!!! - unless you pick me up from home in a chauffeur driven limo.

What do we get for our money?

That sound like fun, but isn't an airport visit with a group for free, didn't know BIAC was charging ?.

Biac charges a fee for a guided tour, sounds stupid, but is reality.
Nowadays everything has a price

It will be fun too :D
Biac charges a fee for its guided airport tours, and we need a bus for our tarmac visit, which we need to arrange too.

Otherwise we will cancel the tarmac tour, thus we don't need to arrange a bus. So the price will be arround 12.50 cheaper.

I'am certainly interested that's why I voted YES (at first I didn't know which yes button to choose ;) )

Well, do you know if we would be allowed to shoot pictures ? Because I know that biac doesn't like when people shoot pics on the tarmac

In my opinion the trip to MAN is real value for money but too few people are interested in it

€30 sounds indeed a lot...

@ Demol
Indeed the price is about 12.50/pp Biac only. But my co-organisator (Stephen) likes to arrange his own bus.

Yes indeed, the inscriptions for the MAN trip are a bit low. We only have a few weeks left until our hotelarrangement options will be cancelled. From that moment, we need to look at an other hotel, which will be more expensieve

And the reason for a own bus is we don't have to walk to Brucargo or SN technics.

As I said before, we are negiotiating about our programme, prices, etc etc... All the given information can change in the future. But the event date will be during a holiday period

Best Regards
