For the UK and Benelux, last minutes are doing really well (according to vrt nieuws and luchtvaartnieuws). Most people are tired of the bad weather in the last few months in those regions...
I won't be happy if I had to travel to Southern Europe these days, far to hot for me.
25°C would just be fine (and no rain or showers of course), even in Belgium.
