What is the policy concerning colour blindness? I'm partially colour blind, red-green that is.
Is there any chance I will ever become a pilot?

With the JAR requirements, I am not sure. Anyway, you should call them before going to the exam so they can tell you in advance about the conditions.

A friend of mine didn't get his class 1 certificate but went to Canada and there it is no problem.

The entry requirements of SFA concerning age is 17-27 years...
I'm 29yo...does this mean I have no chance to become a pilot at SFA? Or do I have to try other flyingschools?
Or is it just too late to become an airline pilot in general?
Anyone suggestions or comments?
Thanks

Hi Funki,

It will be no problem in other FTO's. 29 is not too old at all, I know more than one who started in the late thirties!

No idea for the SFA though..

Good luck!

This is the age limit indeed, but they allow people older than 27 to start.
Depending on the entry test and previous experience.
So, give it a try, you never know.
