btw: how much days do you guys normally need for a C- Check of an Avro?

hey,

Normally when sfa students visit our hangar they get the "full" tour :-)
But i don't know if you are going to visit H117 or the hangar of sabena technics...
These pictures are from H117.

A c-check of an avro RJ 85/100 takes about 2 to 3 weeks, a BAe 146 takes about a week longer (because it's older and needs more rectifications...)

It is kind of reassuring to know the maintenance being performed this thorough with qualified mech's.
One hears all the time about airlines being so safety conscious and all, but getting to see it this way is great. Can't wait for day 10 to be published...
