As the older topic is broken I decided to archive it and create this new one.

Happy drinking and keep it moderate.

Thanks Chris, I noticed problems with it the other day, but the "report a post" option seems to have disappeared so I started a topic just to say it was not working.

Nice to be able to talk about beer once more :drink:

Can anyone here beat these two beers which we had on our recent holiday?

Stille Nacht which we had on Christmas Day in my favourite bar on the planet.

And no trip to Belgium would be complete without at least one glass of my beloved.

I was surprised to see that Stille Nacht was 12%ABV. I like the beers from that brewery, their labels are highly distinctive and their beers are too. Here are some others we've had: Arabier, Oerbier, Bos Keun and I'm still waiting to try Oeral.

Have you ever tried making beer yourself? My dad made a few batched while he was in college. I don't think it's too difficult.

My Grandad used to make his own beer, but I've never made it myself. I don't think we'd have room now we live in a flat.

I wouldn't mind having a go sometime though.
