Re: 2019 Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL/EBCI) latest news

Passenger, your relentless effort to drag Wallon's airport, airlines, whatsoever under a negative light is just annoying, I don't know what kind of business you are into...but it's surely not aviation , operation , maintenance, catering or engineering..you are just a frustrated ticket seller wishing...

Re: Belgian company to train chinese pilots?

Venyo B737NG Sim's are EASA, FAA and CAAC approved,
I guess they are looking to bundle an offer to CAAC together with BFS and New CAG to offer a training package like Aerosim is doing in Paris...just thinking out loud I haven't still read the article.

You probably mean it could be structural damage.
No, it "should"be, since NDT inspector's are linked to structure damages. The level of certainty is higher than "could", as it is a bit more than an assumption.

To summarize your BS. A cargo loader hits an A/C, making the airline or the travel agent go bankrupt!

Because you need, either to pay for it, either to be in the SB effectivity, either to raise an EO to validate the modification.
There's no emergency AD so many different possibilities...

Re: Airbus A220 (ex-Bombardier CSeries) news

May be a different EEC software...
Fuel/Air ratio might be too lean to fly upper FL, therefore altitude limitation has been put in place to avoid flame-out...Just a guess.

Re: Airbus A320 and A320neo news

Interresting info, thanks.
On the LH case I think the limitation is nevertheless linked to the ELAC software issue.
On the new cabin layout from Airbus, it is called spaceflex if I'm not mistaken.

Re: Airbus A320 and A320neo news

Its a known issue since the modification of the cabin of the A320 ceo as well. Its was called A320 Max. In certain conditions on the ground the aircraft is on the edge of tail tipping. Never heard about that one, the limitation with LH is probably linked to the new aft cg limitation. 1. Aft cg 2. D...

From the Air Antwerp topic: ... I'm not going on the fuel performance of this very old aircraft, with today focus on fuel savings, ecology, global warming and all, that would be the last nail on the coffin. You want the North Sea to rise? ....Fly the F50! Although aviation only signs for 3% of the ...

People, let’s stop with this drama! Can anyone explain this guy that we are in Europe and here the planes are checked and if any aircraft is not fit for flying, it doesn’t fly! Yes, that's the problem it does not fly, 6 cycles a day for a more than 30 years A/C it's quite a rough flight schedule, s...

Hi, I flew LH airbus with the same age ! Nobody thought of age... But now it's a prop fokker so... CXB Difference is that supply chain for spare of an old 320 still exists, i don't know about an old fokker, particularly when it comes to aging electrical wiring, primary structure fatigue , cracks in...

Re: Air Antwerp, a new airline from Antwerp Deurne airport

Aircraft is very old, do they still find spare parts to fix it up? Antwerp being close to salty environment, with the sea and all, the aircraft should be quite exposed to heavy corrosion, is it safe to fly with such an old rusty aircraft? Aren't people aware that the"thing" is more than 30...

I guess you are not very familiar with A/C delivery process, stories like these one are very common, be it Embraer, Airbus or any other A/C manufacturer. A smooth delivery and acceptance is always a sweet dream for the FAL delivery manager. What really matters is the "R" concession's sever...

Re: 2019 Ostend-Bruges Airport (OST/EBOS) latest news

If you call a good news the arrival of an outdated, noisy and fuel guzzling aircraft to an airport, just for the sake of pleasing the spotters, there's a problem somewhere... I think you should read mopa9000's message again, because you obviously didn't pay attention to what he actually wrote. And ...
