Three operators indeed. But Silk Air does not have 747-8I, only 747-8Fs.
It's Korean Air that also flies the 747-8I. They have ordered 10 with 7 delivered so far.

There are a little bit more active A340-300s: around 120 according to the source you mention. Lufthansa alone has still 18 active A340-300s.
