Air Belgium is operating New York flights for LOT while its 787s are grounded with engine issues.

Hello EDI is a great airport, I flew from there last year when we went to Warsaw. It's probably the best airport in Britain.

I experienced a new airport - EDI and a new aircraft type - the Embraer 190. EDI was excellent, I was impressed and booked to fly from there in 2019. I was less impressed with the Embraer 190 though - apart from the 2-2 seating I wasn't over keen on the type.

I saw that same aircraft in WAW in September. Nice video.

Update - now it's four 737-800s and no Embraer 190 (and I'm glad about that ).

Hoping for another EDI-WAW, though don't know which airline yet - hopefully KLM but will consider others if the connection times are too short.

Those ATC restrictions in AMS are a real pain. That is a nightmare for passengers who are transferring to other flights there. We had the same problem inbound to AMS from WAW yesterday and several passengers missed flight connections because of it.
