I see that the whole Belgian press is reporting about the closure of Belgian airspace at night, almost a daily feature in newspapers. By the way, every night, those 3 sectors are collapsed on ONE sector and managed by ONE controller. That means that unless only one "west qualified" controller is present for the whole night (very unlikely as the sectors would have to close for much longer than 3 hours), it is possible to...
