Unacceptable behavior on the airline's first day of operations...indeed as someone earlier said, maybe they need to loose their jobs this way they will have plenty of time..no sympathy what so ever for those taking part in this 'ludicrous' action

Well, I lived in DXB too (1975-1987) and do return 3 or 4 times a year. My family still lives there. I have seen DXB when it was a provincial town with a cute small airport catering for 30-40 flights a day and when Gulf Air was the national carrier...I admire what they have achieved and yes it might...

Not quite fair.... Their economic growth is mindblowing and I do understand that their infrastructure is not catching up; however that infrastructure (airport included) is by far superior to that in most of western europe (except germany and scandinavia). I guess that we should admire Emirates and D...

At least no deaths.. that is the good news. Bangladesh is one of the poorest coun tries in the world, it is a mirakle that they have a "functioning" airline. I hope some airline in the Gulf will invest in Biman (like Emirates did in Srilnakan).

depending on the destination..

Right now a return ticket anywhere in europe will cost you 20.000 + Taxes in economy and 25.000 miles + taxes in Business. Exceptions are the promotions of course. As of the 25th of march the a a seat on B light would set you 15.000 miles + taxes and in B Flex 20.000 + taxes (both return). The diffe...

On the other hand there is a time and place for everything. The Imams were ejected after a passenger notified the crew when they stood up and started their prayers on the plane. All put aside, discrimination etc..we are all anti discrimination; nevertheless I do not think that it is appropriate to p...

Johan, Have you taken a train outside of Belgium? NMBS is a horror. Something must be done. as for the Post they had to change practices too. privatization is the future. Any airline, Belgian or not, must be allowed to go bankrupt if it can not compete. Brussels airlines will have to learn to coexist with easyjet. 10.000.000 people should not pay more for their flights just to "keep" a Belgian airline, besides if Easy opens a hub in BRU it will employ Belgi...

Indeed..but I do not see why one is discriminated against if one is accepted as an employee, not as a member of a certain religion. In other words, I would not like to see a veiled lady working at check in counter of Bru. The cross will bother less as it is less obvious; nevertheles one has to be fa...
