Re: Emirates 777-300 crash-landing at DXB
Yesterday, Emirates seemed to say nobody was injured. Today it appears that, due to all occupants evacuated via slides, 13 passengers received minor injuries: 10 were taken to hospitals, 3 treated at the airport. But it is still an "operational incident involving Emirates flight EK521"......

Re: Brussels Airlines future and financial perspective
Lufthansa might start suffering at all levels because their CEO is obsessed with Eurowings. Spohr isn't obsessed by Eurowings at all. He only regards Eurowings as a tool for the Lufthansa Group to compete against LCC's. The only people that are obsessed with Eurowings are found on this forum. Some ...

Personally, I hope that LH walks away from SN and that IAG steps in. If LH take-over a quart of Air Berlin and prioritise on that, SN may become less relevant and more of a burden than an asset. If it's more a burden than an asset they could sale their shares...I guess a group could have an interes...

Re: Abnormalities in BRU-ANR-CRL-LGG-OST in 2016
What could be the reasons for a company as SN to cancel a flight ( 285 yesterday to ABJ and COTONOU in code share with LH HU AC and UA ) and to fly SN 1285 to the same destination without code share at the same time ? The same today of course with a canceled arrival for SN 286 but a real arrival for...

Re: Brussels Airlines June '16 figures: +3,8% pax
Indeed impressive. Not only if you take into account what happened in March, but also knowing that the load factor remained stable despite adding more capacity (1 Avro left but 1A330 added along with A320 and A319s and wetleases). It is quite the opposite, increasing frequencies leads to an increas...
