Pilots have an EASA licence, which is valid on all aircraft registered in EASA countries.

Well if you see that, according De TIJD, LH used engineering to make a 700 mio net loss look like a net profit of 55mio, one can imagine that the same has been done at SN.

There is a much bigger thread to aviation security and that is fatigue! Airlines of all kind were quity happy to lobby for an increase in maximum duty times recently.
