Why would the EU decide against a commercial agreement between two private companies?
Because it would be illegal State aid.

Re: Trivia 2019 (miscellaneous news)

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2019

I guess the best advice is wait and see. SN cancels these flights as a precautionary measure because it doesn't know what will happen with TC itself. As long as it isn't clear what happens there, SN may decide to cancel certain flights. But right now, they communicated fairly early that they are goi...

Re: BRU Summer 2020: news, new routes, airlines

Air Senegal only has one A339 with a second one on order. I wonder how they will manage to fly to CDG, BRU and IAD if those two last destinations become reality?

Is this one going to Düsseldorf or Brussels?

Re: Social actions at air traffic control service skeyes (Belgium) - possible air traffic disruptions

Even if he doesn't know anyhting about what's going on there, that's still no excuse to blame the politicians for doing nothing. As a minister of Labour, his only legal options to try and resolve heavy conflicts between employees and employer is to appoint a social mediator.

I do not understand that No politician is seriously intervening.
The social mediator was appointed by minister Peeters. What else can they do more when a conflict between employer and employees isn't resolved?

Re: Planning of petition "retro livery"

My guess is that there will always be people who want to see the livery one last time and people who say that you should let go of the past. I'd say that you give it a try and see where you get. There is always a chance that someone at SN may say yes, let's do this.
