It's not a plane from the "UAE". It's a plane from Belgium, fully operated by TNT Airways, but which will mainly fly for Emirates... that is why it is painted in the EK colours, and registered in Belgium.

Re: Baggage Allowances

Air France allows 12 kilos of cabin baggage per person, whereas British Airways limits this to half as much. But more in the hold section... Quite more interesting, I guess. I don't often carry 12kgs of hand luggage... Furthermore, this website doesn't seem to be extremely accurate... I once...

Why? It shouldn't bother them... And it could put extra pressure (if they still need some) on the management to know that even more are waiting to go...

I'm against putting 16 year old students on solo, flying needs a certain maturity which can be found at nearly 18. Why is flying ok at 16 when you can only start do drive a car at 17 and 9 months? Some 16 year olds are more mature and responsible than adults... so I don't believe it is a question o...

Yes the OO-THC will sometimes be at LGG... not very often though

One 744 does the LGG-PVG-LGG flights but the others will mainly do AMS, FRA, DUS, BCN, DXB, HKG for Emirates.

She might arrive at LGG for her delivery though! Will keep you posted :!:

Sorry but wrong. Most of the time they make it to S1 and S5 (most of the time doesn't mean never).

Yep indeed I once called the tower to make a full stop there with an ULM (was xpdr equipped and all that stuff) but no chance that day... they suggested us to get an official permission from the BCAA (which is apparently possible, but also not free, I guess!!!). Never done that anyway... Surprisingl...

Being quite often in the air at CRL, I can guarantee you we sometimes hear some ULM's crossing the CTR (as long as they are transponder equipped, not too bad at the radio and if the ATC is in a good mood, all this without too much traffic, it is not impossible). I have seen some ULM's on the ground ...

I heard from a friend who was flying ULM at Charleroi What's that? EBCI is class D airspace, no? controlled anyway, so closed to ULM for sure??? With a special permission from the BCAA it is normally OK. Otherwise you're right (except that is it a class C airspace), according to the AIP's, ULM's ar...
