As predicted, and very normal, they can give at this moment no load figures. After six months they are going evaluate the new route and give me more details about that.

Very friendly people in Abu Dhabi :!:

I thought that they going received the forth A330 in 2007. That's a long time in the airline world. I hope that they, till then, have a new strategic Africa plan. Look at KLM/Air France, BA, Kenya Airways who they have expand their Africa network. In the time Sabena exist they were the nr 1 in Afric...

A lot of flights to Africa are overbooked, so I think the figures are very good. I know from somebody of the check in that they had for a flight 80 overbookings!! The flights to Africa and the cargo to and from are the golden egs for SNBA.

That's typical in the airline landscape. Launching an airline and not flying for the first of two years. Then you can ask seriously 1) will they ever go into the sky 2) will they survive?

I have my doubt's about that.

I can't give you the specific reason but those people caused big problems on aircrafts. It were not small problems but bringing pax, crew and aircraft in danger is a crime. For that reason exists blacklists.

You are correct ATC, BRU can't wait until 2008 or later to get it's connection with Asia. How longer you wait how stronger competition, etc. But, if ANA or JAL have some ops or fianacial problems you can not force that of course. The fact is the businessworld here in Belgium is asking for that conne...

If those other 3 are Belgians I don't know? An airline would not have only a blacklist for the own citizens also for foreign pax.

I think that's a good reaction of SNBA, what kind of sanction he diserved I don't care that's a case for justice.

The story ends in a good way. Passengers, crew and aircraft lands in a good condition, that's important. In meanwhile the guy is now on a SNBA list for forbidden passengers. He is the forth one in the short history of SNBA. I think that the crew did a good job and also thanks to the two policeman on...

T2 will be demolished and replaced by a state-of-the-art complex who can handle 30 million pax a year. Also T3 and T4 will be refurbished. All that has to be finished by 2012 for the Olympics. All this can be done ones in a lifetime, the space at LHR is very limited so they have to handle know after...

It's better that we can wait a few more years and know that an airline from Japan will come to BRU then the knowledge that there will be no airline at all. Look at Etihad and Jet Airways: for Etihad it was a year we had to wait and for Jet Airways it will be 1,5 year. That's the problem, you depend ...

@B737229 I have parked there several times on the road but you also, maybe, know that place is also used by motorcycles and those produce a lot of dust. That's not so good for our equipment if you stood there for some hours. I hope one thing at the soundhill, I saw last couple of days people parked ...

Fostro, The ideas you have are very nice....................on an other place, not at BRU. You don't have nobody who will occupied this, they hate spotters at BRU. E.g. if there is something special at Abelag they use the current fence and hanging plastic foil so that you cannot take any picture. Or...
