A real fighter pilot? (humour)

A fighter pilot sat down at the "O" Club bar and ordered a drink. As he sat sipping his drink, a young woman sat down next to him and turned to the man in the flight suit and asked, "Are you a real fighter pilot?" He replied, "Well, I've spent my whole life flying jets, depl...

This guy is a calamity! How can he still be active in aviation? Of course, he got rich, contrary to the companies that he managed or counselled.

I heard that also other cargo airlines (I'm not talking about DHL) start to become fed up with all the noise regulations/limits/... caused by the idiot protestors around the airport. Do you think this is the main factor? Only DHL is interested in these regulations, because they are the biggest user...

Great shots.

Have you seen on the KLM plane? "The world is just a click away". Doesn't it remind you of something?

No?

Just look at the top of this page: "Luchtzak: The world of aviation is just a mouse-click away!!". ;-)

Very good explanations from all of you. One more thing: the air in the engines is compressed to a high pressure, not only by the blades, but also because combustion increases the volume (and the pressure) of the gases. When reverting to the low atmospheric pressure existing at high altitude, thegase...

I'm not so much surprised if the airlines would prefer not to distribute a press release about it. Information about the end of a cooperation may not necessarily be perceived as positive PR for an airline. Exactly! Good news makes immediately the front page, but end of codesharing means a reduction...

Bel avatar, sabena4ever. J'ai remarqué que quelqu'un d'autre avait pris le même surnom en l'écrivant SabenaForever. Tu devrais peut-être t'arranger avec lui par PM et lui demander de modifier le sien?

Killerwhale,

What you need is an anti-pop-up programme. You can find some freeware or shareware in www.tucows.com.

An anti-pop-up is included in the Netscape 7.1 browser, but not in Internet Explorer.
