Re: With JetairFly to Aqaba, Jordan, on a B737-700

Except for training flights, we always have 3 cabin crew members on the 737-700 and 737-500. You'd be surprised how swiftly we can do the service when necessary, so it's really not a problem on the shorter flights either.

Re: Meals on Jetaifly worth the money?

Of course, I'm a bit biased. However, I do think the breakfasts are worth the money on our flights. (although I haven't seen the new menus yet, not that much will have changed). The breakfasts are always cold meals. unless for VIP Selection passengers. Whether the PM meal is cold or hot depends on d...

Re: Abnormalities in BRU-ANR-OST-CRL-LGG in 2012

Well, until they make a special transponder code for medical diversions, I guess we'll have to go with 7700 for technical reasons, right? Trust me, this was a medical diversion. The flight did make a precautionary landing in Nantes, with priority all the way down. The flight continued as normal afte...

The reason for OO-JAD's 7700 was a medical emergency.

Re: BRU 18/01/2012

Treeper, they're using the A330's for crew training, hence the short stretches. Load factor isn't that important on these training flights.

Don't forget about Mach Tuck either... Commercial airliners are not designed to cope with the shifting center of gravity.

Will take Jet Airways flight 9W227, chance for Boeing 777 ?

I'll be taking this flight February 4th with a friend, returning February 11th.
What are the chances we'll have their lovely 777-300ER, instead of an A330?
I know the upgrade is supposed to end around January 15th, but we can hope, no?
