Lufthansa said Wednesday it flew back into profit in the second quarter of the current year thanks to prudent capacity adjustment and rigid cost-cutting, but it still expected to fly in an operating loss for the full year.

Thomas Cook Belgium will inaugurate seasonal service from Brussels to Colombo (Sri Lanka) and Goa (India) starting next November as part of their winter program. The flights will be operated weekly on Sundays with a Boeing 757.
