BRU is far from that and in a bigger scope a regional airport on itself, compared to other major airports. Now many airlines have BRU bound or originating pax transferred to major hub airports. Why the "via PRG"?
Maybe they can't take off at ANR with enough fuel for the full trip, but via PRG is quite some extra miles?

Are those problems caused by Brussels Airlines, or by the airport? Who decides the amount of check in desks and the procedures at those desks? Who decides entry to lounges?
