Eurowings Intercontinental
Here is an extract from Lufthansa's statement or press release (with compliments from forum member André) : "In addition to its European network, the ‘New Eurowings’ will also begin to add long-haul services to its low-fare product range from the end of 2015 onwards, in collaboration with Germa...

Re: Ryanair in 2014
Arrogant and pathetic, dear Sean, as most of the time.
All companies try to lower taxes and maximize profits, but the vast majority do it without resorting to tax havens like FR (one of the big ones that can afford to pay national taxes or cannot they ? would that mean the disappearance of FR ?)

Indeed, Miles&More has become a VERY unattractive frequent flyer programme.

Re: Ryanair in 2014
This has nothing to do with FR bashing. What FR does in this case is totally legal (until proven otherwise), but totally unethical... like many things FR does. No FR bashing, just FR reality : unethical.
(To be complete, I'll add that FR is not the only corporation acting unethically.)

Re: New Benelux train to stop at BRU!
Why oh why did it take so long for the Benelux train to stop in BRU? Because in Belgium everything happens ten or twenty years later. The Diabolo should have been there a long time ago. Now that it's there, those in charge don't realize that to make it attractive, it has to offer good frequencies a...

Re: Finnair to outsource c/c
I'm not a frequent traveller on AY. My most recent flight with them was in C class BRU HEL BRU about two years ago. Service on the outbound journey was excellent. It was horrible on the inbound flight. Probably, AY is one of those airline with very "irregular" on board service. Both flight...

Re: Brussels airlines future and financial perspective
I read on another thread that LH will start a flight to Tampa, Florida, next year, despite the high competition on North Atlantic. However, my point is that they (LH) could spend the money in helping SN to open possibly more promising connections . My impression is more and more that LH is not very...

Re: BRU infrastructure: future
The theory is that if you want to park at the airport, you'll have to go to one of the parking buildings. In theory that is also the case already now. Only, people use the drop off (kiss & fly) as a parking lot because there is no 24/7 supervision and when there is (police or other), they are t...

Re: Ryanair in 2014
But then, the French prosecutor and all judges (first court and court in appeal) are all wrong of course. For those who had not noticed yet, our unofficial FR spokesman considers his airline and himself, even more himself than his airline which already has a bad record, to be above the law. Courts ...

Re: SN presents "The Loft", its new A Pier Lounge
One question: it seems that they have taken all the space from what was previously the Piority Pass lounge. Where is this lounge now. Or did that one disappear ...? I seem to remember that the "Common Lounge" with access for Priority Pass holders has been moved to the very back of the hal...

Re: SN presents "The Loft", its new A Pier Lounge
Let's admit that it is a question of personal taste. To some extent I can follow Flanker's comments : the ceiling and the floor colours don't really match and part of the lounge looks lindeed ike a class room. I'm sure it should have been possible to make it look less stern. Anyway, it's always diff...

You rightly point out that with what is happening in the world today (for instance, ISIS and ebola) an air travel journey and what it was like is unimportant, but we all have to go on with our lives and discussions on this forum are part of the lives of a number of people. Concerning catering, my ex...
