Re: BRU 15/06/2014

Just noticed OO-SSU as BEL2ML on Flightradar, left BRU @1205lt as SN3411 to MLA. Is this the first SN flight to MLA?

I don't think so, there's a separate flight to DKR and CKY as well today (SN205)

Re: SN launches new website.

I think the website looks good, but there are indeed some small errors.
For example, on the 'Fleet'-page, the plural form of 'aircraft' is 'aircraft' and not 'aircrafts'.
Maybe someone with a degree in English (or a native speaker) should review it.

In another topic it is mentioned that there is an Il-76 parked outside Brussels Airlines hangar.
I'd say they're going to transport an engine to FIH?

I just noticed OOLTM on FR24 with a Brussels Airlines flightnumber (BEL9902), appearing in southern France. On the way to BRU? Maintenance?

I thought they were going to start this extra frequency to LAD on Jan 26 (as mentioned somewhere before on this forum), but it seems they have already begun. SN359 has been appearing on FR24 on Sundays as well in recent weeks.

Something going on at Brussels Airport? All widebodies are delayed (SN, UA, DL, US, AC, 9W,... except SN501).
I thought it had something to do with the weather in the USA, but flights to Africa and India are also affected...

EDIT: forgot to mention HU and TG, delayed as well.

SN357 to Kinshasa is cancelled (Brussels Airport website), does it have something to do with the unrest in the city? According to various news sites, gunshots have been heard at the airport.

Indeed. And SFZ is still grounded in BRU, I believe I saw his tail sticking out of the LH Technik hangar the other day.

why SNG and not SNE? Because the reg of this aircraft was OO-SNG while flying for Sabena. It seems to be a kind of "tradition" to take the same reg for the aircraft that join the fleet and have been flying for Sabena in the past (or maybe another reason I'm not aware of?). This aircraft d...
