Well, we are not really in a hurry here, aren't we?
Even if CX isn't there we can group and try to put something on, it's only plane tickets after all :)

Re: Re-opening Brussels Airport after the 22/03/2016 terror attacks

I have heard many non-european business people saying they will NEVER connect through BRU again and will avoid at any cost. :( Fortunately, business being business they'll come back as soon as this is the best solution. I agree that they need to open ASAP though, no need/time for fancy th...

Re: Re-opening Brussels Airport after the 22/03/2016 terror attacks

I don't claim to be an expert but most work is (seems?), superficial. They are doing it the belgian way, which is sorry to say "noch vis, noch vlees". Let's wait a little bit, shall we? ;) I know that they said "month" before reaching "full capacity", but let's ...

Hard to tell, but given the position of the train station, it's probably going to be a while before the airport station reopens.

Re: Terror attacks: explosions in the departure hall of Brussels Airport!

Shouldn't we create a specific topic for the unusual acft movements related to these attacks to keep this topic centered on Brussels airport?

Seems SN will have a lot less flights than the 64 they had planned today no ? Looking at the schedule https://www.brusselsairlines.com/en-be/misc/new-schedule-24mar.aspx the first flight is supposed to leave around 11am, so it's too early ;) And as far as I remember 66 was for friday, it was around...

Tough times for all of us, but you're making me proud to be Belgian. ;) That said, I went to BRU with the hope to see the apron full of SN planes and.. well the Avro where home but most of...

Agreed, at least that's what I experienced flying the A380 so far (like in DXB), but the jetbridge for the upper deck seemed fun
