Although the winglets now being tested on the A320 look a bit like the B737's, the design is significantly different, and my bet is that if they meet the Airbus predictions, we will see a bigger version introduced on the A330,340, and more importantly the A350. 8O

I think Airbus is missing the chance to get the aviation industry out of the steam age. I cannot believe we still persevere with overhead luggage bins. They are dangerous, unusable by the infirm or tiny people and they cause congestion when boarding or de-planing. What is wrong with the idea of a co...

Lets hope the next generation 737 is wide enough for the front toilet seat to be raised past the vertical. On MAS it only gets to 90 degrees and the slightest turbulence causes a heart stopping bang.

Are all 737's like that? :?:

787 at 9 abreast

Lucky I dont fly steerage, but 9 abreast for 18 hours, what a thought. 13 hours in 747 or 777 is bad enough. Pity about deep vein thrombosis for the poor paying public. Curse all bean counters! :(

747 Damage

Well at least a bit of old fashioned sheetmetal work should fix most of the problem.
Good job it isnt a 787. What then?
