Re: Faro and Lisbon

Well, 2 years ago we also did Lisbon for 2 days spotting and it was indeed a bit dissappointing... Traffic variety is quite limited and there are indeed not too many spots to take decent pics. I believe the one where you were was the best one, being the small dead-end street where you see the crossi...

Re: Contrail spotting December 2010

Not a good question, Björn };-) The obvious answer is: they can be found in the one and only official source of information for aviation in Belgium: the AIP. And yes, you might be surprised but our beloved country is far enough in the technological progress to publish that info on the internet. It ...

Re: Contrail spotting December 2010

Hi scope fanatics :)

Can somebody point me to a site where I can found the exact location of all those air routes named in here like UL607, UL613 etc etc?

Thnx in advance

Re: BRU 22/12/2010

The thing I was surprised to see was the Hainan diverting to AMS, while not even 15min later, a Brussels Airlines A333 lands at BRU... Why do they exactly divert? Can the weather (fog I presume) change that quickly? Or is it just the pilots that don't feel confortable and decide to divert?... Who ta...

If all goes well I'll do AMS (A'dam) - CUR (Curaçao) in May - June with Arkefly so almost for sure on 763.

Re: Brucargo 2010: routes, news, cargocarriers.

Hi Devon Rex, you will never know with the timetables of BRU: pax or cargo because are not 100% correct. Currently you can see those cargo flights, Bahrein, on the daily cargo timetable ops by Kalitta. The question is if this will be visible when Aerologic took those flights over. Pure DHL cargo fl...

Already mentioned in English on Luchtzak Latest News: https://www.aviation24.be/forums/viewtopic.php?p=239558#p239558 Will these fli...

Re: Belgian aerodromes flooded?

Thanks for info, DR. Are you a regular at EBIS? I often wondered about the place, as my (few) navigations passed close. I never managed to recognise it from the air, though. Mostly DPM, I guess, with a scant 200 metres of runway? Well, not a regular, but I live just next to Isières, so I pass by fr...

Re: Dreamliner may come to Amsterdam Schiphol

Quite interesting... Maybe a nice opportunity to go to AMS ! Any idea about arrival time ( 5/11/2010 ) or departure time ( 6/11/2010 I assume ) ? De 787 die volgende week naar Schiphol komt zou testvliegtuig ZA006 (N787ZA) betreffen. Dit is de tweede Dreamliner die is voorzien van General Electric ...

It seems to have big blue titles on the fuselage, so it seems like a Ryaniar that took off from Charleroi. Sometimes they pass pretty low over the Ath Region
