I too think that they should start selling right away and leave at least 2-3 months between the opening of bookings and start of operations. The next stages for this project can be guessed IMO. They will ride the summer as it's already scheduled. It's meaningless to make big changes now. In the meanwhile, Germany will send diplomats to all over Africa to get bilaterals written, where needed. Also, they will start to indoctrinate SN staff...

I think that Air Belgium needs to consider operating to/from Tokyo and more specifically HND, pushing for slots at that airport. Out of CRL, this should be doable with a decent load given prevailing Westerly winds. FR can provide feeding on the CRL end, and I think that they can find a partner in JA...

The writing was on the wall a long time ago. Gustin being thanked for his services and SN gradually becoming EW is just part of the process.
