The R gates are the dropoff points for busses when pax are arriving on a remote stand and need to be bussed to the terminal, so these can't be used for boarding ;) (and the arrival space already is too small in peak hours)

Re: Aviapartner strike

Anyone knows who handles Cyprus Airways? We have business with them tomorrow... I think they are handled by Aviapartner, cause last Friday the bags of their flight arrived at the same belt as the bags of my Thomas Cook flight and iirc the baggage belts are dedicated to only either flightcare or avi...

The Flemish Lion Regi :D What I find really stupid, surprising and unthinkable is that ANR doesn't have a railway station while it has the railway tracks in its backyard. As Belgium's 2nd biggest city and with its lengthening runway, I think it is time to start... Well actually those railway tracks...

Next time you wish to visit Ostend & fly VLM (both very good ideas!) you had better fly to Antwerp - bus 16 takes just 5 minutes to Berchem railway station which has direct trains to Ostend. But perhaps you knew this? bus 14 nowadays, line 16 changed into line 14 2 to 3 years ago (logic ends wh...

Well SN does have the 3 oldest A330-300's in passenger service (the 3 ex Air Inter birds where delivered as first A330's iirc) http://www.p...
