An abnormality is a situation who can be considered as a non-conventional procedure . It don't has to be an incident . You don't do a go-around as a standard procedure , therefore it is an abnormality,just like an aborted takeoff can have a lot of reasons.

How many times has that little ERJ145 stop to refuel? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can fly in 1 time from Belgium to Kigali with an ERJ145. The speed & altitude graph. indicates so far a max. altitude of 29229 ft and a max. speed of 116 kts.
At that max. altitude , i wonder how many energy they need of the batteries for heating the cockpit.
