Re: Alitalia near bankruptcy. Will it be saved by Etihad?
the State has already injected 7 billion euros (!) of taxpayer money in the company over the last ten years. ... some politicians might push for a new bailout to save the jobs of 12,500 Alitalia workers (and voters). If I'm right , each 12.500 Alitalia worker could have 560.000 euros over the last ...

Another attack on a United Airlines flight . ' And this time it was a scorpion that got its revenge on a passenger. What is the weirdest airplane you've flown

Very noisy , very uncomfortable seats , a few little windows , but it was unforgettable and we enjoyed it .I was a young aircadet at the time and we had the opportunity to fly with. http://imgproc.air...

Re: Sucre, Bolivia. High Altitude Difficult Airport (Now Closed)
How can an airport be called "difficult" if even a B737 can operate there? Because of the thin air at high altitude? ' Juana Azurduy de Padilla International Airport (ICAO: SLSU) was an airport serving Sucre, Bolivia, the nation's constitutional capital city. It has officially closed and ...

Re: Airbus A350 news
They have done it: a first airline will get an A350 with 10-abreast seating in economy. Since the cabin of the A350 is narrower than that of the B777, passengers should not expect to have a comfortable flight! Not sure , but according the airbus website , it seems that the 9 and the 10 abreast have...
