Re: Social actions at air traffic control service skeyes (Belgium) - possible air traffic disruptions

If you ask me, the roster is utterly badly managed. One sick person should never result in the closure of the entire Belgian airspace for three hours. And again, the main victim is again Liege airport, the only one with a lot of activity during the night. I understand that Luc Partoune is furious a...

Re: Social actions at air traffic control service skeyes (Belgium) - possible air traffic disruptions

Unfortunately, the consequences are damaging and annoying, but what other options do they have? It is just unbelievable to be that blind. Should the ambulance people stike, do we need to let everyone rot and die ? Should the fireman stike, do we need to let the whole country burn ? Should the polic...

Re: Social actions at air traffic control service skeyes (Belgium) - possible air traffic disruptions

It looks like ATCO's are getting some support from the aviation community ! Don't be ridiculous. Of course we know they are right from the start. We all know Belgium is a country with massive issues, and we can expect a huge mess at the ATC level, just like anywhere else in Belgium. They fight for ...
