Re: Zitplaatsen bij JAF

OO-TUC will not leave the JAF fleet at all. JAF will be flying 2 wide-bodies as it will do long haul for both JAF and Thomas Cook. TUC is staying .... the cabin will be refurbished!

Re: Abnormalities at BRU / ANR / LGG / CRL / OST

Euhm, solve it in another way that doesn't bother other people who have nothing to do with it maybe? And if you they do want to disrupt other people's plans and jobs maybe they can have the decency to explain what is going on. I think it's the last they can do for those people who end up in LGG or L...

Re: Abnormalities at BRU / ANR / LGG / CRL / OST

OK, technically it is not a strike. But there has to be somebody occupying the tower any way in case of emergencies. If the FR planes would declare a MAYDAY when landing in CRL after 23.00hr those fools in the tower would have to let them land. So technically it is not a strike, in reality it is, be...

Re: Abnormalities at BRU / ANR / LGG / CRL / OST

I don't believe this. Strikes should be forbidden. This so called "right" is being abused time end time again by the unions. Unions are good for nothing except creating havok. Unbelievable!

I wonder if these people flush their diapers at home through the toilet as well? Passengers really check in their brain with their bag.

Re: Jetairfly boeing 767 delayed today

LX-LGX, Why is a technical problem on the ground not a safety short-coming ? I can't really see the difference. The problem with the rules is they can be interpreted in different ways. Needless to say the airlines have a different interpretation then the travelling public. The aircraft had a D-check...

Re: Jetairfly boeing 767 delayed today

I had that with my first car I ever bought. I didn't like it and bought a new one. I didn't go and tell HLN.be or VTM however.

BTW TUC gas been flying the last 4 months every day without any technical problem whatsoever, so I wouldn't call it week after week.

Re: Jetairfly boeing 767 delayed today

Frankly, I don't think you have the right for a refund. Force Majeure can be applied when a technical problem is the reason if the airline can prove they did everything in their power to prevent it from happening and if they kept the delay to a minimum, in other words, given the circumstances kept i...

Why not? Both are caused by technical problem.

Different vehicle, same reason.

Re: Jetairfly boeing 767 delayed today

What are you going to do if your car breaks down the next time? Inform VTM and HLN because you PAID for it and it is not supposed to break down?? What do you suggest? For JAF to put them on a pink cloud and let the wind blow them to their destination ?

Re: Jetairfly boeing 767 delayed today

Hello, Do you guys actually know that percentually the 737-fleet has a lot more down-time then OO-TUC ? It is just more noticable on the long haul as for the moment untill OO-JAP arrives.BTW, it is not shure yet TUC will be going, no decision has been made yet. With the 737's there is more room for ...

I hate to burst your bubble air key west but EVERY airline in the world cheats his passengers. The only thing they want to do is get as much money out of your pocket as possible. And that doesn't go just for LCC but als for the normal carriers. No airline flies pax just to break even.

LX-LGX, Don't you think Ryanairs lawyers have looked at these law very closely before they set their policy. you really think the are willingly breaking the law? Complying is cheaper then breaking it. And article 14 says clearly meteorological conditions. They offered assistance by the way .... a re...
