Qatar Airways was barred from Somaliland airspace, as the country sides with the Saudi-led coalition against Qatar.
And if Qatar Airways does violate Somaliland airspace, the Somaliland government will do what exactly?

Re: Best/Worst food on a plane

Worst airline food I ever had was some kind of chicken in a pink sauce that I had on a Malaysian Airways flight. When it came out the other side, it actually looked better than it did in the plate. It probably tasted better too, but I didn't want to push it that far.

Re: Brussels Airlines to Lima?

Why Lima? Are there so many Peruvians in Belgium? If Brussels Airlines wants a new long haul destination for expats living in Belgium, let them take a look at Manila instead.

I"ve no idea how many times I've flown on a 737, but I do know the only time I ever bumped my head on the overhead bins was on an Air France 737. Talk about cattle class...

These seats might just do for a 10 minute busride, not for some transcontinental flight, though.

New Zealand, Singapore, Brunei, etc. also have an open skies agreement with the USA, even though they are not part of the EU. So who needs the EU ? Re: Trivia 2017 (miscellaneous news)

The Jersey Aircraft Registry – which has cost more than US$971,300 – may have to be scrapped because just two aircraft have been signed up in 16 months. An expensive toy! But why does the "United" Kingdom need so many registers: UK itself, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man? Did I forget any? Because...

Re: Transferring at AMS - any tips?

What I don't like about AMS is that if you arrive from BRU, you have to take a bus first to take you from the tarmac to the airport building. Going through customs can also be time consuming. Last time I flew from BRU to AMS I had exactly 1 hour to catch my flight to MNL, and I think I broke a world...

The 'De Lijn' buses don't have those headrests. But they do have loads of dust in the seat covers.
